期末考讀書空間開放公告 - Final Examinations Study Space Notice

親愛的師生您好，

以下說明期末考期間K書中心與各院夜間自習空間開放規劃：

1. 【K書中心開放規劃】

兩館按現行開放規劃。A館因內部整修暫停開放；B館維持24小時開放並安排夜間值班。

※ K書中心晚上10點後無工讀生值班，B館內部自習區因強震曾掉落輕鋼架之座位，牆面上貼有警示標語，請同學注意。

2. 【各院夜間自習空間】

各院自習教室擬比照期中考開放夜間時段，實際開放狀況以各學院公告為主。

3. 【C館公共沙發討論區與討論室】

本空間分為公共沙發討論區與討論室，公共沙發討論區免登記，開放給全校學生使用。討論室使用請參考副檔，並至本校空間預約系統事前預約方可使用（https://room.ndhu.edu.tw/）。所有使用者皆須遵守K書中心各項規則，於30日內累計違規記點達3點者，將停止空間預約權30日。

使用規則

  1. 使用讀書空間討論時，請降低音量以避免影響他人。
  2. 使用完畢請整理好桌面，確保沒有遺留垃圾或個人物品，也請不要使用個人物品佔位。
  3. 教學卓越中心及各院不負擔個人物品保管責任，請使用者自行保管好個人貴重物品。
  4. 以上讀書空間皆為本校公共空間，若有行為失當者經勸導無效，皆依據本校各院管理規則及生活公約辦理。

Dear Faculty and Students,

The following explains the opening arrangements for the K-Study Center and department night study spaces during the final examination period:

1. K-Study Center Opening Plan

Both buildings will follow the current opening plan. Building A is temporarily closed due to internal renovations. Building B remains open 24 hours with night shift staff arranged.

※ Note: No student workers are on duty after 10 PM in the K-Study Center. In Building B's internal study area, there are warning signs on the walls due to light steel frame sections that fell during a severe earthquake. Students please take caution.

2. Department Night Study Rooms

Night-time study rooms in each academic college will be open following the same schedule as during mid-term exams. The actual availability of these rooms should be confirmed by individual college announcements.

3. C Building Public Sofa Discussion Area and Meeting Rooms

This space includes a public sofa discussion area and meeting rooms. The public sofa discussion area is open to all students without the need for prior registration. For meeting rooms, please refer to the attached document and make reservations in advance via the university's space reservation system (https://room.ndhu.edu.tw/). All users must comply with the Study Center's rules. Accumulating 3 violation points within 30 days will result in a 30-day suspension of reservation privileges.

Usage Rules

  1. When discussing in study spaces, please lower your voice to avoid disturbing others.
  2. After use, please clean your desk, ensure no trash or personal items are left behind, and do not reserve seats with personal belongings.
  3. The Center for Teaching Excellence and departments are not responsible for safeguarding personal items. Users must take care of their own valuable possessions.
  4. All these study spaces are university public spaces. For any inappropriate behavior that remains uncorrected after guidance, disciplinary actions will be taken according to each department's management rules and campus conduct guidelines.
