Dear all Dong Hwa’s faculty and students:
Physical Education Center offers Basic TRX Resistance Training, one of continuing and extension courses in semester 107-1 that is beginning to accept your signing-up.
TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) Muscular Strength Training:
Main purpose of TRX Muscular Strength Training course is to let student learn how to use TRX, by which learn to exercise correctly your muscle groups and develop core strength, then attain the whole body training effect.
Minimum students to start a class: 6 persons. Total number of students in a class: 8 persons.
Class time: noontime 12:10~13:10 Instructor: Mr. Huang, Zhang-jie
Class date: Oct. 4 ~ Oct. 25, 2018 (Thursday), total 4 sessions.
Sign-up： Please fill out the attached sign-up form and e-mail to: email@example.com or fax to: 890-0141
1. One class consists of 4 sessions (total 4 hours), NT$800/ per person.
2. One single session: NT$ 250 / per person.
Deadline of sign-up: by Oct. 3, 2018(Wed), those who would like to attend only one session could sign up before the session.
