親愛的同學們，大家好：
本學期即將結束，學生宿舍重要注意事項如下：
一、宿舍關閉：
   (一) 關閉時間自106年6月20日(二)中午12時起關閉(下學年無住宿之同學請於6月20日(二)中午12時前辦理離宿事宜)，下學年自106年9月12日(二)中午12時起開放入住。關閉期間非經申請核可不得進入，違規者依學生宿舍管理相關規則辦理。
   (二) 期末宿舍關閉暨行李寄放相關注意事項請參閱附件。

二、暑期住宿(需另外申請)：
(一)暑宿時間自106年6月20日(二)下午17時起至9月12日(二)中午12時止。
(二)暑宿期間，為維護宿舍住宿環境之安全，不開放會客時間，非暑宿生嚴禁進入宿舍，違規者依學生宿舍管理相關規則，暑假住宿相關規定請參閱附件。

Dear Fellow Students,
This semester will be end soon, here’s some important information of student dormitory:
1.	Dormitory closing:
a).	All the dormitories will be closed between 12:00, June 20th (Tuesday) to 12:00, Septembe12nd (Tuesday), 2017. During the closing period, no one is allowed to enter dormitories without permissions. Failing to follow the regulations will cause a penalty. If you didn’t apply for dormitory for next semester, please finish the required procedure of leaving dormitory before 12:00, June 20th (Tuesday), 2017.
b).	 See the attachment for details of luggage storage services. 

2.	Accommodation during summer vacation (application is required)
a).	Accommodation period: 17:00, June 20th (Tuesday) to 12:00, September 12nd (Tuesday), 2017.
b).	Visitors are not allowed in dormitories during the summer vacation. Do not get into the dormitory if you are not a resident for the summer term. One will be penalized if against this regulation. For more information of regulations for summer dormitory, please read the attachment.
