The big day is this Saturday, June 6! As campus traffic will be heavier than usual, please pay close attention to the Campus Traffic Control Routes (as shown in Attachment 1).
📣 Graduates, Assemble!
•	🎓 Dress Code: All graduates must wear your academic regalia to enter the venue!
•	📍 Gathering Time & Locations: Please gather by 3:20 PM at either the Science and Engineering Building II or the Student Activity Center, depending on your college (see Attachments 2 & 3).
•	😇 Look for Us: The Office of Student Affairs has arranged sign-holding "guiding angels" to wait for you at these spots. See you there!
•	🌧️ (In case of rain, a campus-wide email announcement will be sent, and notices will be broadcasted in each building).
While our staff will guide the graduate procession into the venue, just in case anyone falls behind, we’ve attached the Venue Seating Plan. If you happen to lose your group, you can use the map to find your seat! 🗺️
👉 Didn't RSVP but suddenly want to join? You are more than welcome! However, to avoid disrupting others, please take a seat in the designated open-seating / reserve section.
