English version in below ◎時間：2026.7.19~2026.8.8(三周) ◎地點：內華達大學拉斯維加斯分校 ◎費用：USD 3500 約NTD 108,500 （費用僅包含課程費用、國家公園活動、結業證書與成績單） ◎報名時間：2026.6.10截止 ◎報名流程 1.填寫google 表單向國際處報名，同時繳交以下文件： Google form：https://reurl.cc/2jAzQ9 在學證明 家長同意書 (下載範本Form：海外短期交流家長同意書https://oia.ndhu.edu.tw/var/file/27/1027/img/920907695.doc ) 2.國際處提名給主辦單位 3.等待姐妹校通知 ◎注意事項： 1.有任何申請問題可以聯繫活動承辦人：rhondab@unb.ca 2.具體申請細節及其他資訊請詳閱簡章。 3.活動結束後請依照格式繳交心得報告至國際處網站：https://oia.ndhu.edu.tw/p/412-1027-21515.php?Lang=zh-tw 4.國際處僅公告或協助本校學生報名參加簽約校的短期活動或課程，其短期課程是否可抵免本校學分，參加學生需遵照教務處相關規定辦理。若活動日期為本校學期上課期間，學生須依照本校規定自行辦理請假手續。 English version ◎Period：July 19, 2026 – August 8, 2026 (3 weeks) ◎Location：University of Nevada, Las Vegas ◎Fee：USD 3,500 (approximately NTD 108,500) (The fee only includes tuition, national park activities, certificate of completion, and transcript.) ◎Registration Deadline：June 10, 2026 ◎Registration Process 1.Complete the Google Form and submit the following documents to the Office of International Affairs: Google Form: Google Form •Certificate of Enrollment •Parental Consent Form (Download form: Overseas Short-term Exchange Parental Consent Form) Parental Consent Form Template 2.The Office of International Affairs will nominate students to the host institution. 3.Wait for further notification from the partner university. ◎Please note: • If you have any questions regarding the application, please contact the program coordinator at rhondab@unb.ca. • Please refer to the program brochure for detailed application procedures and additional information. • After completing the program, students are required to submit a reflection report to the Office of International Affairs website according to the designated format: NDHU OIA Reflection Report Submission Website • The Office of International Affairs only announces or assists students in applying for short-term programs or activities offered by partner universities. Whether the credits earned from the short-term program can be transferred to NDHU is subject to the regulations of the Office of Academic Affairs. If the program period overlaps with the academic semester at NDHU, students are responsible for completing leave procedures in accordance with university regulations.
