Email Content Dear Students, To assist you in graduating smoothly, all third-year students are required, prior to the course online registration (pre-selection) for the 115-1 semester, to select their curriculum requirement year in the “Undergraduate Course Selection Assistance and Graduation Preliminary Review System”, print the Preliminary Review Confirmation Form (for second semester of the third year). Please submit the form to your respective department or degree program. The relevant instructions are as follows： 1. Upload of Curriculum Year (1) System link：“Undergraduate Course Selection Assistance and Graduation Preliminary Review System” https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/aa/graduate/Login.aspx (2) Eligible students：Current third-year undergraduate students (3) Upload period：From 8:00 a.m., May 13th, 2026 (Wednesday) to 12:30 p.m., June 9th, 2026 (Tuesday) (i.e., the deadline for initial online course selection) (4) Notes： A. The selected curriculum year for upload may include major, double major, minor, secondary specialization, and university core curriculum, and different academic years may be applied to each. If, after uploading, the selected curriculum year is found to be unsuitable, please contact your department or degree program to request that the locked curriculum year setting be released before re-uploading. B. Please print the “Preliminary Review Confirmation Form (for second semester of the third year)” from the system before the deadline and submit it to the administrative assistant of your department or degree program for processing. C. If your department or degree program has its own schedule for uploading the curriculum year and printing the Preliminary Review Confirmation Form (for second semester of the third year), the department or degree program will inform students in advance.
