115th Academic Year Dormitory Waiting List I Application are as follows:
Step 1. Dormitory Waiting List I Application

1.	Application period: 2026/4/22(Wed)12:30 ~ 4/24 (Fri)12:00
(1)	The application is done individually, please make sure that your post office or bank information is filled in correctly and that you have paid off any pending dormitory fees.
(2)	You may choose the room, dormitory, and bed number as you wish.
(3)	Rooms are on a first come, first served basis. 
(4)	If you want to re-select the room, please operate from 4/22(Wed) 13:05~4/24(Fri) 12:00.
Step2. Pay the deposit (2,000 NT)

Payment period: 2026/4/29(Wed) 12:00 ~ 5/7 (Thu)24:00. 
1.	Students whose applications are approved must pay the dormitory deposit (NT$2,000 per person) through the Bank of Taiwan payment system within the specified period in order to secure their accommodation eligibility. Please make sure to pay before the deadline.
2.	If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the bed reservation will be considered forfeited, and the vacated bed will be released to waiting applicants. If you are unable to complete the payment within the deadline due to special circumstances, please inform the responsible office in advance.
3.	Students who complete the deposit payment will obtain accommodation eligibility for both the first and second semesters of Academic Year 115. To avoid affecting other students’ rights to apply for dormitory beds, students are advised to carefully consider their applications. If a student later requests to give up the bed or withdraw from the dormitory without force majeure reasons (excluding leave of absence, withdrawal, or transfer), the deposit will not be refunded.

※Notes 
1.	Though the dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with any arrangements made by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.
2.	During the winter and summer breaks, the dormitories will be closed. Students who need accommodation must apply separately according to the school's announced schedule. Additionally, during these breaks, the Student Living Services Division will conduct cleaning and maintenance work to ensure the quality of dormitory living. Luggage storage rooms must comply with the designated storage regulations. If students are unable to comply, storage services will not be provided, and they must take responsibility for their personal belongings.
3.	During the winter and summer vacation, students who live in Dormitory Ⅴ need to clear out their rooms, for there will be students who need to move in the dormitory. The dormitory will provide residents with an area to store luggage until the vacation-end.  
4.	Dormitory V, VI, Ⅶ Smart Card Power System: Those Dormitory residents must top up with money to their student ID easy card in order to pay for electricity and keep continuous use.
5.	For being in line with the university's “Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory. Residents must follow regulations in order to maintain a clean environment.
6.	Please read all the regulations carefully before completing dormitory application. 
7.	The dormitory fees for each student dormitory are as follows:
(1)	Dormitory 1, 6, and 7 is $9500/semester.
(2)	Dormitory 4, 2, and 3 is $7500/semester.
(3)	Dormitory 5 is $10700/semester.
