標題: 有關生理假請假規定宣導Announcement on Menstrual Leave Policy

本校已於103年依教育部來函規定於學生請規則第三條增列:「女性學生因生理日致就學有困難者,每月得請生理假一日,為尊重個人生理隱私,無需出示證明。」

如女同學有於生理日期間有請假需求時,可依請假規則第三條規定,自行至學生請假系統填寫生理假請假單送出申請即可,無需提供相關證明文件。




In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s directive issued in 2014, the University amended Article 3 of the Student Leave Regulations to include the following provision:
“Female students who experience difficulties attending classes due to menstruation may apply for one day of menstrual leave per month. In order to respect personal privacy, no supporting documentation is required.”

If female students need to take leave during their menstrual period, they may apply in accordance with Article 3 of the Student Leave Regulations by submitting a menstrual leave application through the Student Leave Application System. No additional proof or documentation is required.
