Dear TA們~
有關114-1學期TA證明申請方式，請參閱以下說明。
【TA完訓證明申請】
完成 2必修+ 2選修 = 4門課程的同學，即日起至教學卓越中心網站申請TA完訓資格證明，並上傳符合2+2課程之學習護照或跨域自主學習認證時數以示證明。因證書採用批次審核，取得TA證明時程如下：
📌 1st Stage:
2026/1/2(五)之前申請同學於2026/1/7〈三〉後於跨域自主學習認證或學習護照系統呈現TA完訓證明。
📌 2nd Stage:
2026/1/3(六)之後申請同學於開學後於跨域自主學習認證系統呈現TA完訓證明。
若已有證書(明)且本學期擔任TA者，須選擇一門實體或線上課程進修回流。
申請TA完訓證明注意事項：
- 跨學期修課可列入計算
- 其中實體至少2門
- 修讀學術倫理證明與e等公務員平台修讀性別課程可抵免線上各一門選修
- 相關附件證明請自行透過ppt或word方式將檔案合併成一個檔案上傳

【114-1 Application for TA certificate】
By completing two compulsory courses and two elective courses, TAs are eligible to apply for the TA certificate.
※ Two stage for receiving TA qualification certificate
📌 1st Stage:
If you apply for the TA certificate before Jan 2, 2026 (Fri.), it will be available on the Campus Activities Reservation System or learning passport after Jan 7, 2026 (Wed.).
📌 2nd Stage:
If you apply for the TA certificate after Jan 3, 2026 (Sat.), it will be available on the Campus Activities Reservation System or learning passport next school open day.
