Dear all, We would like to once again express our sincere appreciation to all current students and alumni who assisted in completing the 2025 Stakeholder Survey. Notification emails for the second-round alternate award recipients were sent on the morning of December 1 (sender: sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw ). Please check your inbox and complete the required information via the Google Form link provided in the email by 12:00 p.m. on December 5, 2025 (Friday). Due to the limited remaining quantity of electronic gift vouchers and the upcoming fiscal year-end closing, to expedite distribution, we will proceed with a “first reply, first served” arrangement until all vouchers have been issued. Thank you for your understanding. After consolidating the recipient list, the Governance Strategy Division of the Center for Sustainable Development will request the supplier (Edenred Taiwan Branch of Edenred Pte. Ltd., Singapore) to send the electronic vouchers to the award recipients within three working days. Award Collection Instructions 1. Award recipients (current students or alumni) must respond to the notification email by 12:00 p.m. on December 5, 2025 (Friday) with the required information, including student ID, department, full name, and a valid email address capable of receiving the electronic gift voucher. Failure to reply by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiting the prize, and winners will be replaced by candidates on the waiting list in order. 2. The electronic gift voucher will be delivered by the vendor (Eedenred Taiwan Branch, Singapore) to the email address you provide. Please ensure that the email address you submit is valid and able to receive messages. Please ensure that the email address you submit can successfully receive emails. If the voucher is delivered to an incorrect email address due to an input error, it will not be reissued. 3. All awards are electronic gift vouchers and may only be used within Taiwan. Prize exchanges, transfers, or cash redemptions will not be accepted. 4. [Applicable to ROC nationals and foreign nationals who have resided in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days this year] The award is considered taxable income from a prize-winning event and is subject to withholding under the Income Tax Act. For individuals meeting the above criteria, a 20% withholding tax will be applied regardless of the award amount. Those who fall under this category must, by 12:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025, complete the required information in the Google Form and personally submit a tax payment of NTD 20 (100 NTD × 20%) to the Governance Strategy Division of the Center for Sustainable Development (Administration Building, 6th Floor, Room 602). Copies of supporting identification documents (front and back of the National ID, passport, ARC, etc.) must also be submitted.
