各位老師好：

本學期(114學年度第1學期)期末「教學意見調查表」系統，將於114年12月7日(日)中午12:30起開放同學填寫。因教學意見調查表已不再綁選課，為提升學生填答率，建議您可請課程TA協助或於下課前預留時間鼓勵學生填答(不得強迫填答)，以提供授課老師教學相關建言。

一、系統開放時間：自12月7日(日)中午12:30起至12月27日(六)下午5時止。

二、學生填寫網址：本校首頁-->點選【在校生】-->【學生課務資訊】-->【學生課程評量表填寫】-->輸入學號、選課密碼後登入-->依個別課程給予意見

Dear Professor,

The end-of-semester Teaching Feedback Survey System for this semester (Fall, 2025) will be open for student responses starting from 12:30 PM on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025. Since the survey is no longer tied to course enrollment, in order to increase the response rate, we suggest that you either ask your course TA to assist or reserve time before the end of class to encourage students to complete the survey (please note that participation must be voluntary). The feedback collected will provide valuable suggestions related to your teaching.
The feedback system is available from 12 :30 p.m. December 7 to 5 p.m. December 27.
