Dear all, We sincerely thank all current students and alumni for completing the 2025 Stakeholder Survey. Email notifications (sent from sd@gms.ndhu.edu.tw) were issued on the morning of November 26 to all prize-winning students and alumni. Please check your inbox and respond via the Google Form link provided in the email by 8:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025 (Monday). After collecting all responses, the Governance Strategy Section of the Center for Sustainable Development will request the prize vendor—Edenred Taiwan Branch, Singapore—to send the electronic gift vouchers to recipients via email within three working days. Prize Redemption Instructions Prize-winning students and alumni must respond to the notification email by 8:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025 (Monday) with the required information, including student ID, department, full name, and a valid email address capable of receiving the electronic gift voucher. Failure to reply by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiting the prize, and winners will be replaced by candidates on the waiting list in order. The electronic gift voucher will be delivered by the vendor (Eedenred Taiwan Branch, Singapore) to the email address you provide. Please ensure that the email address you submit is valid and able to receive messages. If the voucher is sent to an incorrect address due to an error in the information you provide, no replacement will be issued. All prizes in this draw are electronic gift vouchers, valid only within Taiwan. Prize winners may not request an exchange, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize. [For ROC nationals and foreign nationals who reside in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days in 2025] Prizes are considered chance-based income and are subject to withholding under Taiwan tax regulations. Individuals residing in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days in 2025—regardless of prize amount—must pay a 20% tax on the prize. If you fall under this category, please complete the Google Form and pay the NTD 20 tax in person at the Governance Strategy Section (Administration Building, 6F, Room 602) by 12:00 noon on December 1, 2025. Please also provide photocopies of your identification documents (front and back of ROC ID, passport, ARC, etc.).
