親愛的教職員生： 集賢館K書中心因上月發現門口天花板受損漏水，將分別於11/18(二)、11/20(四)進行修繕工程，預計兩天施工時間皆為早上9點～中午12點： 1.期間施工人員將於入口內地板鋪設防水墊、並架設樓梯，施工中將進行鑽孔，會有一定程度噪音。 2.請同學刷卡開門後，務必小心，看準再走，因天花板會有掉落物，切勿進入施工區域，以維自身與施工人員安全！ 3.第一天施工在鑽孔後將打防水膠，可能在門口區域附近會有黏膠氣味，將隨時間自然散去，請同學切勿自行開啟電動排煙窗！！以免如之前一樣有麻雀跟蚊蟲進入！ 4.第二次施工會削除多餘的防水膠並進行補土與油漆，屆時防水膠的味道會消失，但會有些許的水泥漆味，預期將在3～7天後散去。 *集賢館K書中心施工期間，建議同學可以到多容館K書中心，位置在多容館二樓的社參中心後方、撞球與桌球區對面，舊諮商小築之區域。 教學卓越中心 敬啟 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students, Due to water leakage and ceiling damage discovered last month at the entrance of the Jixian K Study Center, repair work has been scheduled for November 18 (Tuesday) and November 20 (Thursday). The expected work hours on both days are 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. During the construction period, workers will place waterproof mats on the floor at the entrance and set up ladders. Drilling will be conducted, and a certain level of noise is expected. After swiping your card to enter, please proceed with caution. Debris may fall from the ceiling during the repair work. Do not enter the construction area to ensure your safety and that of the workers. On the first day, waterproof sealant will be applied after drilling. There may be adhesive odors near the entrance, which will dissipate naturally over time. Please do not open the automatic smoke ventilation windows, to avoid birds or insects entering the facility, as happened previously. On the second day, excess sealant will be removed, and patching and painting will be carried out. While the adhesive smell will be gone, you may still notice a slight paint or cement odor, which is expected to dissipate within 3–7 days. During the construction period at Jixian K Study Center, students are encouraged to use the Duorong K Study Center, located on the 2nd floor of Duorong Building, behind the Social Participation Center and across from the billiards/ping-pong area (the former Counseling Center space).
