【Let your body speak what words can’t—about love, fear, and connection】

What happens between us is often felt before it’s spoken.
This experiential workshop invites you to explore emotional awareness, personal boundaries, and intimacy through the language of the body. Drawing from Dance/Movement Therapy, attachment theory, and somatic psychology, we’ll use mindful movement, relational exercises, and reflection to reconnect with our emotional truth and embodied presence.
Through movement, we’ll sense how love opens, how fear protects, and how boundaries define connection—discovering ways to move closer to others without losing ourselves.
