蘿蔔糕是台灣家家戶戶在過年期間最常見的傳統料理之一，象徵著「步步高升」的好兆頭。以白蘿蔔和米粉為基底，加入蝦米、香菇或素食配料，蒸熟後再煎至金黃酥香，每一口都充滿著濃濃的人情味與祝福。（身為即將畢業的大學生，只希望出社會後，包幾塊自己做的蘿蔔糕給親戚小孩就好…🧧紅包什麼的...還是先算了吧：）

這一次，就讓我們以「廚房版功夫」一起動手，體驗台灣傳統美食的魅力吧！😎


because in many Taiwanese families, this dish appears in every single meal throughout the entire holiday! Fried radish cake for breakfast, deep-fried for lunch, and stir-fried again for dinner… The radish cake loop never ends! (could u believe it !!! 🥵)

But that also shows how deeply this dish is rooted in Taiwanese culture—beloved not just for its flavor, but for its versatility and festive symbolism. Made with white radish and rice flour, often mixed with dried shrimp, mushrooms, or vegetarian ingredients, it’s steamed then pan-fried to a golden crisp, carrying the comforting aroma of tradition and warmth.
