親愛的師生同仁平安：
📢 重點提醒 / Key Points
1.菸害防製法修正施行 (112年3月22日)
  o依第15條規定，全面禁止電子菸等類菸品。
  o嚴格管制新型態菸草產品（含加熱菸）。
  o中央與地方政府將持續執行稽查專案，禁止販售予孕婦及未滿20歲之青少年，並加強查緝違法使用行為。
Amendment of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act (Effective March 22, 2023):
  o	Article 15 bans e-cigarettes and all similar products.
  o	Heated tobacco products are strictly regulated.
  o	Joint inspections will be conducted to prevent sales to pregnant women and minors under 20, and to crack down on illegal use.
2.違規使用處罰 / Penalty for Violations
  o任何人不得使用類菸品（含電子菸）及未經審查通過之指定菸品（含加熱菸）。
  o違者最高可處新臺幣 10,000 元罰鍰。
No one is allowed to use e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, or any tobacco not approved through health risk assessment.
  o	Violations may result in fines up to NTD 10,000.
3.加熱菸危害宣導海報 / Heated Tobacco Awareness Posters
  o衛生福利部國民健康署已製作加熱菸危害宣導海報，提醒大眾加強認識與防制。
  o	The Health Promotion Administration has released educational posters on heated tobacco hazards.
