親愛的師生同仁：
依據花蓮縣衛生局通知，國民健康署將於114年10月16日（星期四）至本縣各禁菸場所進行實地考覈。本校為全面禁菸校園，敬請全體師生確實遵守菸害防製法相關規範。
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
The Health Promotion Administration will conduct an on-site inspection of tobacco-free environments in Hualien County on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Our campus is a designated non-smoking area, and all members must comply with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
📢請特別注意事項 / Please Note:
1.校園內全面禁止吸菸。
    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the campus.
2.校園不得出現與吸菸有關之器物（如菸灰缸、熄菸飲料罐、含菸蒂之紙杯或其他熄菸器物）。
  No smoking-related items such as ashtrays, cans, cups with cigarette butts, or similar objects may be present on campus.
3.禁菸場所不得出現菸蒂，重點區域包括：廁所、樓梯間、頂樓、機房、操場、花圃、水溝、走道及校園周邊道路。
  Cigarette butts must not be found in restrooms, stairwells, rooftops, machine rooms, playgrounds, flowerbeds, ditches, walkways, or surrounding campus roads.
4.校園施工期間，請施工人員亦遵守無菸規範。
   Contractors and workers must also comply with tobacco-free regulations.
