一、轉知國防部全民防衛動員署，「2025城鎮韌性(防空)演習」東部地區訂於114年7月18日（星期五）10時00分至10時30分辦理，全員實施防空避難演練，內容如下：
(一)聽聞防空警報( 或接獲手機告警訊息) 時，應依警察及民防執勤人員引導，就近實施疏散避難。
(二)緊急警報音符：長音15秒、短音5秒，各音節間隔5秒，連續3次，共115秒；解除警報音符： 1長音90秒。
(三)未配合演習管制及演練，依民防法處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。
二、續於防空警報解除後，10時30分至11時30分實施60分鐘 「救濟站」災民轉移收容、「急救站」傷患現場醫療處理及戰災搶 救（災害救援）等實作演練。

Inform the National Defense Mobilization Agency of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China that the "2025 Urban Resilience (Air Defense) Exercise" will be held in the eastern region from 10:00 to 10:30 on July 18, 2025 (Friday). All personnel will conduct air defense evacuation drills. The promotion content should also include:
(i) When hearing the air defense alarm (or receiving a mobile phone alarm message), you should follow the guidance of the police and civil defense duty personnel and evacuate nearby.
(ii) Emergency alarm note: long tone 15 seconds, short tone 5 seconds, each syllable interval 5 seconds, 3 times in a row, a total of 115 seconds; alarm cancellation note: 1 long tone 90 seconds.
(iii) Failure to cooperate with the exercise control and drills will be fined NT$30,000 to NT$150,000 in accordance with the Civil Defense Act.
