一、歸還注意事項：
(一)歸還時間：即日起至6月4日止(親自歸還限於上班日9-12時、14-17時)。
(二)歸還方式：
1.親自歸還：請送至總務處保管組(行政大樓203室)。
2.寄送歸還：請寄至「花蓮縣壽豐鄉志學村大學路二段一號國立東華大學總務處保管組行政大樓203室」，須註明系所、學號、姓名及電話。
(三)團體借用者，請借用代表人確認歸還所有學位服。
(四)借用者應於期限內完成歸還手續後，始得辦理退還押金手續。
(五)逾期歸還者，每逾1日每件袍服滯還金新台幣50元(未滿1日以1日計，不含例假日)，並以學位服賠償金額為上限。
(六)如有遺失或破損情形，應負擔賠償責任，賠償金額詳附件「學位服損壞賠償金額表」。

Return Attention:
1. Return time: from now until 6/4 (weekdays 9:00am-12:00pm, 14:00pm-17:00pm).
2. Location: Property Management Section of the General Administration Office (Room 203, 2F, Administration Building).
3. For late return, a late fee of NT$50 will be added for each day late (excluding holidays, calculated as 1 day), and the amount of compensation will be capped at the maximum amount of compensation for school uniforms.
4. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Chan Pang-an of the Property Management Office (ext. 6343).
