各位貴賓、全校師長、同學，大家好！
　　非常感謝您於百忙之中，前來參加本校「113學年度畢業典禮」。因天候因素，經審慎評估後，現在正式宣佈啟動典禮的雨天備案。
        取消原規劃於理工二館及學生活動中心集結。請於各院系集合完，15:30直接前往體育館參加畢業典禮，造成不便，深感抱歉。感謝您風雨無阻，把最深的祝福帶給畢業生。
