標題： 請勿於校園內違規吸菸及亂丟菸蒂，以免造成環境汙染與危害公共安全!! Smoking or tossing cigarette butts is prohibited on campus to avoid environmental pollution and ensure public safety!!

1.校園內任何地方嚴禁菸火，避免引起公共災害，然近期接獲通報有同學於宿舍車棚、教學區、宿舍區附近、運動場違規吸菸且亂丟菸蒂。

2.依據菸害防制法，本校全面禁止吸菸，亦不可提供吸菸容器，校內違規吸菸舉證到衛生局，將開罰2千到1萬元。違反菸害防制情事通報，免付費菸害申訴專線：0800-531531。

3.違規檢舉證物可包括：拍照、錄影、車牌號碼、系級、學號、姓名等，可匿名寄到花蓮縣衛生局檢舉。

4.校內各大樓發現有吸菸行為者，請向大樓或宿舍管理員反應。

5.校園內戒菸諮詢專線：03-8906253。

吸菸有害健康，請尊重別人拒吸二手菸權益。

1. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on campus to prevent potential public hazards. Recently, there have been reports of students smoking and discarding cigarette butts in areas such as the dormitory parking lots, teaching areas, dormitory zones, and sports fields.  
 
2. In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is completely prohibited on campus, and no smoking containers are allowed on campus. Violators will face fines ranging from NT$2,000 to NT$10,000. Smoking violations can be reported to the Health Bureau, with the free Tobacco Hazards Reporting Hotline: 0800-531531.
 
3. To report a violation, evidence such as photos, videos, license plate numbers, department/year, student ID number, and name can be submitted. Anonymous reports to the Hualien County Health Bureau are accepted.
 
4. If smoking is observed in any building on campus, please report it to the building or dormitory administrator.

Smoking is harmful to health. Please respect others' right to be free from second-hand smoke.
