Dear Students,
    National Dong Hwa University is committed to maintaining and improving gender-inclusive spaces on campus. A "gender-inclusive campus space" refers to a safe, unbiased, and welcoming environment for all. This survey focuses on common gender-inclusive areas on campus, such as academic buildings, gender-inclusive restrooms, lactation rooms, and emergency call buttons. The purpose of this survey is to better understand the experiences and needs of faculty, staff, and students, helping us identify areas for improvement and create a more inclusive campus environment.

    The responses to this survey will be used solely for research and analysis. Personal information will only be collected for the purpose of notifying winners of the lucky draw. Once the survey period ends, all contact information will be deleted. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

*Estimated time to complete the survey: ~10 minutes
*Incentive: Complete the survey for a chance to win a NT$100 Family Mart gift card (50 winners in total).
*Survey collection period: March 4, 2025 – April 23, 2025
*Lucky draw process: Winners will be randomly selected using a computerized system.
*Winner announcement: The list of winners will be published on the Student Affairs Office website in late April 2025.
*Prize collection: Winners will receive prize collection details via email or SMS.
