It aims to help students with their thesis statements, outlines, structure, and logic. We do not proofread or edit your work, but we will be happy to point out grammatical and syntactic errors in your writing and discuss them with you. We offer services for undergraduates and international students at NDHU. Generic Writing: short essays (e.g. writing assignments for English Reading and Writing or English Writing), TOEFL/IELTS writing, GEPT writing, etc. Writing for Specific Purposes: cover letters, resumes, study plans and documents for applying to overseas graduate programs. ★諮詢方式 點選上方進行預約按鈕 → 選擇日期 → 跳到下一個可預約時段 → 選定諮詢時段 → 確認收到成功預約信 → 點選說明欄填寫表單連結並選擇實體或線上諮詢形式，並上傳文件word檔上傳諮詢文章 → 預約時間前一天系統會發信提醒 諮詢於三天前完成預約並上傳檔案，以便老師有時間事先看過需諮詢的稿件，確保諮詢品質。諮詢內容須為WORD檔，長度以3頁為上限，若超過3頁需另外預約。每次諮詢以1小時為限。 若臨時一天前或當天才預約，務必致電語言中心確認是否預約成功。 若有任何預約問題，請email至lc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw或電洽03-8905497與語言中心聯絡。 ★取消預約 最遲需於諮詢日前一天取消預約。無故未出席者，本學期諮詢資格將會被取消。若無法準時出席，請務必來電或寫信取消告知。 ★預約次數 每人每學期至多預約兩次，若已使用兩次諮詢額度後還有寫作諮詢的需求，請先來電或來信語言中心告知。語言中心保有取消與重新安排預約時間的權利。 ★Consultation - Click the Google Calendar → select a date and time slot → make sure that you receive a confirmation email → click the Google Sheet link in the calendar description box to confirm the details and upload your word file→ Language Center will send you a reminder a day before the appointment - Finish booking and upload your file three days before the appointment (preferred) - WORD file only, up to 3 pages for each appointment - 1 hour per appointment If you have any questions regarding how to book an appointment after reading the booking instruction, please email Language Center at lc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw or call us at 03-8905497. ★Cancelling an appointment Notify Language Center a day before your appointment if you wish to cancel the reservation at the latest. Absence without prior notice will be banned from using our writing consultation service for a semester. If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact Language Center and cancel your reservation. ★A maximum of 2 appointments per semester Each person can book a maximum of two appointments per semester. If you still need our writing consultation service after two booked sessions, please call or email Language Center.
