標題： 【國際交流活動】韓國明知大學 冬季線上語言交換營隊 Myongji University 2024 Winter Online Language Exchange Program

◎時間：2025.01.05 ~ 2025.02.23
◎地點：此為線上課程
◎費用：不須繳交費用
◎進行方式：韓國學生與外國學生組成1:1小組，通過線上進行至少7次以上的語言交換與文化學習（共7周）。
◎報名截止時間：2024.12.29
◎報名流程
1.填寫google 表單向國際處報名，同時繳交以下文件：

2.自行到姊妹校提供之連結報名: https://forms.office.com/r/BdwbNJD1A2
3.等待姐妹校以email信件通知。
注意事項：
1.	結束後，將核發結業證書給參與學生。
2.	由明知大學決定最終錄取人數。
3.	最終錄取結果將在2024年12月31日前通過電子郵件個別通知。
4.	活動結束後請依照格式繳交心得報告
5.	國際處僅公告或協助本校學生報名參加簽約校的短期活動或課程，其短期課程是否可抵免本校學分，參加學生需遵照教務處相關規定辦理。若活動日期為本校學期上課期間，學生須依照本校規定自行辦理請假手續。
6.	其他活動細節更新將公告在國際處網站，請至活動公告網頁查詢。

◎Period：January 5~ February 23, 2025
◎Location：Online Exchange Program
◎Fee：No participation fees are required.
◎Format：Korean students and international students will form 1:1 pairs for online language and cultural exchanges. Each pair will conduct at least seven sessions over seven weeks.
◎Registration Deadline：December 29, 2024

3.	Await the announcement from Myongji University via email by December 31, 2024.
Please note:
1.	A certificate of completion can be issued to interested students after the program ends.
2.	The number of participants has not yet been finalized.
3.	Final selections will be notified individually via email by December 31，2024.
4.	After the event, please submit a reflection report according to the specified format.
5.	The OIA only announces or assists our school’s students in registering for short-term activities or courses offered by contracted schools. Whether credits from these short-term courses can be transferred to our school is subject to the regulations of the Academic Affairs Office, and participating students must comply accordingly. If the activity falls within our school’s academic semester, students must follow our school’s regulations to apply for leave of absence.
