流感好發季節,為了您及家人的健康,以下事項提醒您: 1、請保持個人良好衛生習慣、勤洗手及藉由「均衡飲食」、「規律運動」、「作息規律不熬夜」、「補充足夠的水分」來增強抵抗力。 2、注意保暖,建議「洋蔥式」穿法,熱的時候可脫,冷的時候可穿。 3、防疫常規措施:請保持環境清潔、定期消毒、洗手台設置洗手用品等。 4、如您或家人、同學出現發燒、頭痛、肌肉酸痛、倦怠感或呼吸道症狀 (喉嚨痛、咳嗽、非過敏引起之流鼻水)時應: (1)儘速就醫並告知醫師旅遊史 (2)勤洗手 (3)不到公共場所、外出戴口罩 (4)咳嗽時以衛生紙遮口鼻 (5)手部接觸分泌物要洗手 (6)盡可能與別人保持1公尺以上距離。 (7)用過的口罩、衛生紙請丟入密閉式垃圾桶。 您健康,學務處安心 相關諮詢電話:衛保組03-8906252~4;疾病管制局諮詢專線1922。 A few tips for keeping good health in the seasons-changing time. 1、 Please maintain good personal hygiene. Wash your hands often. You can activate your immune system to prevent getting cold by balanced diet,regular exercise, good sleep, and enough water. 2、Keep warm. Wear several layers of clothing is recommended for taking on/off easily. 3、General rules for prevention of epidemic diseases: keeping environment clean and regular disinfection, washing hands with soap. 4、If you or your family / classmates have fever, headache, muscle ache, burnout, or respiratory symptoms (including non-allergic sore throat, cough, or running nose), please (1) See the doctor and tell the doctor about your travel history. (2) Wash your hands frequently. (3) Don't go to public places. If you have to, please wear a mask. (4) Cover your mouth and nose with tissue when coughing. (5) Wash hands if touching nasal mucus. (6) Keep distance from others with more than 1 meter. (7) Please dump used masks and tissue into any trash can with a cover.
