Hi there!

Dr. Dana E. Powell is teaching 'Indigenous Peoples and Regional Studies' at the International Ph.D. Program in Indigenous Studies next semester and is looking for a TA. The monthly salary for this job is NTD 4,000, starting September 1st.

We need someone who speaks fluent English and Chinese to communicate with international speakers and local institutes. The tasks of this course are:

1. Organize three guest lectures via Google Meet or WebEx. Email the speakers about the stipend paperwork.
2. Plan one field trip. Coordinate with the institution, arrange travel insurance for students, and so on.
3. Manage the class's involvement in the "Global Classroom" with Indigenous Studies collaborators in North America and Scandinavia.
4. Handle any other administrative tasks as needed.

All NDHU TAs must complete the TA Training Course before starting the job.
