一、借用時間：至113年5月31日止，上班日上午9時-12時、14時-17時(總務處前業於112年10月26日東總字第1120023154號書函通知在案)。
二、歸還時間：
(1)畢業典禮當日(6月1日)：14時00分-19時00分。
(2)6月3日至6月12日：上班日上午9時-12時、14時-17時
三、借用歸還地點：總務處保管組(行政大樓203室)，
四、歸還方式:
(1)親自歸還：請送至總務處保管組(行政大樓203室)。
(2)寄送歸還：請寄至「花蓮縣壽豐鄉志學村大學路2段1號，國立東華大學總務處保管組行政大樓203室」，須註明系所、學號、姓名及電話。
五、團體借用者，請借用代表人確認歸還所有學位服。
六、逾期歸還者，每逾1日每件滯還金新台幣50元(未滿1日以1日計，不含例假日)，並以學位服賠償金額為上限。
七、檢附「國立東華大學學位服借用要點」、「學位服損壞賠償金額表」供參。
八、如有任何疑問請逕洽保管組陳鵬安，分機：6343。

1.Attention Graduates: Deadline for borrowing the uniform (as of 31.5.113)，Borrowing time is AM:09-12, PM:14-17.
2.Return time:
(1) Graduation Ceremony (6/1): 14:00-19:00 hrs.
(2) From 6/3 to 6/12: 9:00am-12:00pm and 14:00-17:00pm on working days.
3.Located at Office of General Affairs Property Management Division (Room 203, 2F, Administration Building)
4.A late fee of NT$50 will be charged for each day (excluding holidays, calculated on a 1-day basis) that an item is returned after the due date, and the compensation will be capped at the maximum compensation amount for school uniforms.
