下列事項敬請同仁配合：

1.依行政院人事行政總處公告，花蓮縣今天18:00後及明日7月27日(四)停止上班上課

2.已登記7月27日(四)申請休假之同仁，請至差勤系統以銷假單程序辦理。

3.天然災害停止上班期間，如因職務必須照常出勤或因工作需要經機關、學校首長指派出勤人員，得核實支給加班費或補休，請於差勤系統依加班程序辦理；惟加班費依本校規定每人每月以10小時為上限。

4.停班課期間請勿前往危險區域，請大家注意安全，慎防風雨。

Dear All,

According to the Central Meteorological Bureau, the estimated rainfall in Hualien County has reached the standard for stopping work and school. From now until tomorrow (July 27, 2023) the whole day will be closed for work and classes.

Please pay attention to the following points:

1. Please cancel the leave if you take a day off on July 27, 2023.

2. If it is necessary to work during the suspension period, overtime pay can be verified. Each employee shall have a maximum of 10 hours overtime pay per month.

3. Please pay attention to safety and be careful of wind and rain. Do not go to dangerous areas during the suspension of work and classes.
