標題： 【Student Dormitory】NDHU Student Dormitory【End-of-term Dormitory Closing and Luggage storage】Announcement

Dear students,
　　Since this semester will end in late June, here’s some important information regarding the student dormitory:
1. 【Scheduled leaving before 6/19 (Mon)】: From 6/8(Thu) to 6/19(Mon) (inclusive), if you are scheduled to leave the accommodation, you can apply for luggage storage:
(1) Luggage storage area: The dorm which you applied for next semester (except for Dorm 5, which is for summer accommodation, if you are staying at Dorm 5 this semester and have applied for it for the next semester, you can store your luggage in the dormitory. If you are not staying at Dorm 5 this semester but have applied for it for the next semester, please store your luggage in Dorm 7). 
   ※If the designated storage location is full, your luggage will be moved to another storage location.
(2) Luggage storage time:
   6/8(Thu)、6/9(Fri) Luggage storage time:18:00-20:00
   6/10(Sat)、6/11(Sun) Luggage storage time:10:00-12:00、14:00-16:00
   6/12(Mon)～6/15(Thu) Luggage storage time:18:00-20:00
   6/16(Fri) Luggage storage time:10:00-12:00、14:00-16:00
   6/17(Sat) Luggage storage time:09:00-12:00、13:00-17:00、18:00-20:00
   6/18(Sun)、6/19(Mon) Luggage storage time:10:00-12:00、14:00-16:00、18:00-20:00
※If you want to store your luggage outside the designated time, please make a reservation with the dorm manager for luggage storage. 
(3) On 6/17(Sat), there will be truck assistance provided for inter-district luggage transportation. 
(4) After completing the departure operation, the dormitory access control access certification will be cancelled on the day of departure.
2. 【6/20 (Tue) Checking-out on the day of closing】At 16:00 on the same day, you can move your luggage into the dormitory of the next semester (except for dormitory 5, because dormitory 5 is for summer dormitory, during the summer accommodation period rooms on the 1st to 3rd floor of dormitory 5 will be cleared):
(1) Before 12:00 noon, the clearance and departure procedure must be completed, the personal luggage will be placed in the cargo transportation area, and there will be a truck to assist in the luggage transport of the east and west dormitories. 
(2) After the inspection of the dormitory at 16:00 p.m., the luggage may be directly moved into the dormitory of the next semester. 
(3) If you want to move your luggage directly into the dormitory of the next semester, you must fill in the 【Summer Luggage Storage Dormitory Affidavit】before 6/20 (Tue): https://forms.gle/wBfdd6SnugKeYbhp6. 
(4) After completing the departure operation, the dormitory access control access certification will be cancelled on the day of departure. 
(5) On 6/20(Tue), there will be a direct move-in operation for luggage to the dormitory for the next semester. We estimated that there will be a lot of luggage, it is impossible to estimate the time it will take for the truck to transport the luggage to each dormitory. If you have personal plans, travel arrangements, train schedules, or other time restrictions, please consider whether to participate in the luggage move-in operation on 6/20(Tue) for the next semester accommodation on your own discretion.
