If you want to have a richer and more exciting university life and are willing to have more connections with the world, you are welcome to join our international reception volunteer program! 【Volunteer Recruitment Information】 1. Please read the attached brochure below for the registration of international reception volunteers in 2023 fall semester! 2. After confirming that all schedules, you can register online. 3. Online registration form: https://forms.gle/LHFnLL8Q7Z7YzBhR9 (Registration date: 08:00, March 25, 2023 - 15:00, April 21, 2023) 【Volunteer rewards】 1. The volunteer team completes the necessary reception items (see point 9 of the brochure for details) and attends the volunteer training on May 17, 2023 (Wed) and the freshmen offline orientation and registration on September 8, 2023 (Fri). 20 hours of service dedication will be approved or an international reception volunteer service certificate will be issued at the end of the term. 2. The freshmen offline orientation and registration is a necessary event for volunteers to participate in. In case of irresistible factors, you can ask for leave in advance. After confirmation by the team leader, you will agree to grant 10 service dedication hours or are issued international reception volunteer services at the end of the term. Those who are absent without reason will be disqualified as volunteers and will not be issued any volunteer rewards. 3. If the reception volunteers are recognized by OIA for their outstanding performance, they will be rewarded with commendations. 4.
