【註冊組】111學年度第2學期學雜費「申請延緩或分期繳納」注意事項

『學生申請』

• 本學期註冊日為112年2月13-14日，學生需於註冊日前完成繳費(或辦妥就學貸款)及網路註冊系統更新個人資料，完成註冊手續。
• 依據本校「延誤繳交學雜費之處理原則」第2點，倘因故確實無法於期限內繳費者，須以書面提出申請延緩繳費；另情況特殊經核准者，得分期繳費。

• 申請延緩繳費：

1. 申請期限：自112年1月20至112年2月17日前
2. 填寫「學雜費延緩繳交申請書」連同當學期繳費單於2月17日前交至系所審核，需於112年3月1日前至出納組完成繳費。(未完成繳費者，視同申請未完成)

• 申請分期繳費：

1. 申請期限：自112年1月20至112年2月17日前
2. 填寫「學雜費分期繳交申請書」連同當學期繳費單於2月17日前交至系所審核，至多分為三期。

1. 第1期需於112年3月1日前完成1/3繳費(未完成繳費者，視同申請未完成)
2. 第2期需於112年4月17日前完成2/3繳費。
3. 第3期需於112年5月26日前繳清所有款項。

• 逾期或使用錯誤表單不予受理；另申請緩繳或分期卻未依規定期限繳費者，依本校學則第30及63條規定應予退學。
• 有關領取臺灣政府獎學金之境外學生申請緩繳或分期資格，請另洽國際事務處。

『系所審核』

• 請協助確認學生各期金額是否符合規定，若不符合請勿受理。
• 請於112年2月24日前彙整清冊，連同學生申請書及當學期繳費單送出陳核，逾期不受理。

【Registry Division】The notice of 111-2 Applying for Extension / Installments.

『For Student』

1. Students need to pay their tuition fee and finish online registration before February 14,2023.
2. According to【Principles for Handling of Delayed Payment of Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees.】Students who are approved to enroll in an installment payment plan should follow the relevant regulations set out by the Office of Academic Affairs.
   1. Applying for Extension: Download the Application Form and payment sheet ,and then hand in to department before February 17,2023. Then pay the tuition fee before March 1st,2023.
   2. Applying for Installments: Download the Application Form and payment sheet ,and then make the payments over a maximum of three installments per semester and hand in to department before February 17,2023.

First time: Before March 1st,2023

(The application will be accepted after the student finish first installment.)

Second time: Before April 17th,2023

Third time: Before May 26th,2023

3. The students should apply before the due date with the right form.
   The student who apply for Extension / Installments but not comply with that in accordance with NDHU regulations, s/he can no longer continue her/his schooling.
4. The student who is Taiwan government scholarships recipient before you hand in the form, please contact with Office of International Affairs.

『For Department』

1. Please follow the regulations to check the student’s installments.
2. Please submit the list, student’s application form and the payment sheet before the due date.
