Join us for Day 3 as we continue our Indigenous Knowledge lecture series in partnership with our visiting faculty and students from Western Sydney University. Lecture Topic: Board Games as Culture: A Case of Paiwan Sovereignty Location and Time: College of Indigenous Studies Room A324 12/09/2022 14:00-17:00 Lecturer: Dr. Yung-Ching Lo Assistant Professor at the Department of Ethnic Relations and Cultures. Dr. Smith received his PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Leiden University, Netherlands. His research interests are ethnic relations, environmental wisdom, Indigenous knowledge, Indigenous autonomy and sovereignty, board games, and Indigenous education.
