Join us for Day 2 as we continue our Indigenous Knowledge lecture series in partnership with our visiting faculty and students from Western Sydney University. Lecture Topic: Indigenous Natural Resource Governance: Rights, Institutions, and Transformations in the Context of Cultural Conflict Location and Time: College of Indigenous Studies Room A313 12/08/2022 14:00-16:00 Lecturer: Dr. Awi Mona (Seediq) Associate Professor of Law and Indigenous Studies. Dr. Awi Mona (Chih-Wei Tsai) received his PhD Law from the University of Washington, USA. He is the first Indigenous person in the country obtained a Doctorate degree in Law, and his research is primarily in the areas of Indigenous law, Indigenous Title law, cultural and education law.
