大家好
一、10月15至16日尼莎颱風外圍環流帶來持續豪大雨，造成花蓮縣內部分路段實施交通管制。雨水沖刷數日後，更易造成岩層崩塌，路滑等危險情況。 而且部分地區剛逢地震，強降雨會造成土質鬆動部分地區之積、淹水、土石流狀況。部分地區已發佈土石流黃色警戒，請同學提高警覺。
二、再次提醒同學颱風期間請盡量不要外出遊玩，豪雨期間勿前往山區、海邊及溪邊，以保障自身安全。

Dear All,
1. From October 15th to 16th, the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Nisha brought continuous heavy rain, causing traffic control on some roads in Hualien County. After several days of rain, it is more likely to cause dangerous incidents such as rock collapse and road slippage. In addition, some areas have just had an earthquake, and the heavy rainfall will cause the soil to loosen and accumulate in some areas, flooding, and landslides may happen at any moment. Yellow alerts for landslides have been issued in some areas, please be vigilant at all times.
2. We hereby remind students again that please do not go out during the typhoon. During the torrential rain, do not go to the mountains, seasides and streams to ensure your own safety.
