親愛的師長與同學大家好： 中央氣象局於9月3日上午2時30發布中度颱風軒嵐諾海上陸上颱風警報，3日7時的中心位置在北緯 22.9 度，東經 124.8 度，即在鵝鑾鼻的東北東方約 420 公里之海面上<以每小時13轉17公里速度，向北進行，近中心最大風速每秒 45 公尺（約每小時 162 公里），相當於 14 級風；瞬間最大陣風每秒 55 公尺（約每小時 198 公里），相當於 16 級風；七級風暴風半徑 250 公里，十級風暴風半徑 100 公里；預測4日5時的中心位置在北緯 25.6 度，東經 124.4 度，即在臺北的東北東方約 300 公里之海面上。 提醒本校全體師生： 隨時注意颱風動態並提早做好防颱準備，並避免山區及溪邊、海邊等戶外活動；預定辦理(參加)戶外活動者，請密切注意颱風動態，必要時改變行程或提早結束。 颱風最新動態請隨時留意中央氣象局網頁公告，網址https://www.cwb.gov.tw/V8/C/P/Typhoon/TY_WARN.html ～ 學務處關心您 ～ Dear all The Central Weather Bureau has issued Typhoon Watch Advisory #11for Typhoon 【HINNAMNOR】as it currently situated over waters and is quickly approaching. We kindly remind our staff and students to make your storm preparations early. Also please refrain from engaging in any outdoor activities, especially in mountainous areas or any area near bodies of water. Organizers and participants of any outdoor activity/event should also very pay close attention to the path of the storm and make arrangements in advance, so that if needs be, changes in routes or ending times of the activity/event can be timely communicated.
