各位老師、同學 查詢帳號使用量(信件、雲端硬碟、相簿)與空間容量上限: 可由瀏覽器登入帳號,打開「Google帳戶」「付款和訂閱」查詢「帳戶儲存空間」 (在信件、雲端硬碟、相簿APP刪除資料後,該APP不會立即顯示實際使用量) 若gms帳號在6月23日因超出容量上限被刪除,可至https://gms.ndhu.edu.tw/user.php 重新開設名稱一樣的新帳號,但會有如下所述兩個問題。 原訂6月20日針對超過使用容量上限之帳號實施刪除作業, 請各位在6月19日星期日前(含)將帳號資料降至容量以下(教職員8GB、學生2GB、校友0.5GB), 因google 提供的資料有時間差,所以實際帳號刪除會在6月23日星期四執行,但以6月19日您的已使用空間為判斷標準。 若您的已使用空間超過容量則系統將"直接刪除帳號,帳號內所有的資料將消失不見"。 雖可重建新帳號,但會面臨: 1.新帳號雖與舊帳號名稱一樣,但不會有舊資料。 2.新帳號與舊帳號雖然名稱一樣如abc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw, 但對某些應用而言,刪除前之abc與重新建立之abc是兩個不一樣帳號, 如刪除前之abc 在 youtube有訂閱,重建帳號後名稱雖也是 abc,但新abc已無舊abc之訂閱記錄而是一個全新環境。再舉一例,若你使用gms帳號申請 gmail.com 帳號,你的gms帳號被刪除後,你申請的gmail.com帳號已無法使用,牽涉的層面比想像的來得廣且深。 就目前所知 youtube, google pay, 遊戲....只要你以gms.ndhu.edu.tw 帳號綁定的服務就可能有類似問題。 所以強烈建議自行將帳戶資料降至容量限制以下,由於時程緊迫,所以不再提供舊帳戶回復服務。 =========================================================== Teachers and students Check account usage (mail, cloud drive, album) and space limit: You can log in to your account with a browser, open "Google Account", "Payments and Subscriptions" to check "Account Storage" (After the mail, cloud drive, and photo album APP deletes the data, the APP will not display the actual usage immediately) If the gms account is deleted on June 23 due to exceeding the capacity limit, you can go to https://gms.ndhu.edu.tw/user.php to re-open a new account with the same name, but there will be two problems as described below. Although the new account and the old account have the same name as abc@gms.ndhu.edu.tw, But for some applications, the abc before deletion and the abc re-established are two different accounts. If the previous abc has a subscription on youtube, the name is also abc after the account is rebuilt, but the new abc has no subscription record of the old abc, but a brand new environment. For another example, if you use your gms account to apply for a gmail.com account, after your gms account is deleted, the gmail.com account you applied for can no longer be used, and the level of involvement is wider and deeper than expected. As far as I know so far, youtube, google pay, games.... As long as you bind the service with the gms.ndhu.edu.tw account, there may be similar problems. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to reduce the account information below the capacity limit by yourself. Due to the tight schedule, the old account recovery service is no longer provided.
