標題： 【Student Dormitory】2022 Summer Dormitory Application

Dear students,
The important schedule during the summer vacation of 111 is as follows:
※ 110-2 Student dormitory closed: 2022/06/21(Tue) 12:00 p.m
※ Summer accommodation: 2022/06/21(Tue) from 17:00 p.m to 8/31(Wed) until 12:00 p.m
※ 111-1 Student dormitory (for previous students) opens on: 2022/9/7(Wed) 12:00 p.m

A. Important matters for the "Summer Accommodation Application for 111" are as follows:
a. [Summer Accommodation Application] 
1. Time: 2022/05/23 (Mon) from 12:00 p.m to 05/27(Fri) until 12:00 p.m. 
2. Target: Students who are living in school in the 110th academic year or 111th academic
3. Summer accommodation application: https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx
Enter the school's e-mail account number and password and confirm that they have paid 
all the fees related to the dormitory. 
   4. Summer accommodation bed shall be arranged by the student living services division
       Dormitory 1 (students in the 110th academic year)
Those who lived in dormitory 1 during the 110th academic year will be staying at their current room/bed. 
       Dormitory 5 (1st to 3rd floors, 350 beds for male and female).
all applicants for summer accommodation will be arranged to stay in the dormitory 5 (those who are currently living in dormitory 5 will be arranged in the same bed); Dormitory 5 is a double suite, and roommates can be registered by themselves (the application period must be the same).
5. Summer accommodation process: Apply Online - > payment - > stay in summer accommodation. 

b. [Duration of Stay and The Fees].
1. Full period: 2022/6/21 (Tue) from 17:00 p.m to 8 /31 (Wed) until 12:00 p.m 
   Fee: Dormitory fee: $4,600, Internet fee $150, and Deposit $1,000
2. Half period:
● First half: 2022/6/21 (Tue) from 17:00 p.m to 7/31 (Sun) until 12:00 p.m (Those who do not complete the leaving process after the deadline will be treated as continuing the second half of the stay and will pay the accommodation fee in return).
Fee: Dormitory fee: $2,600, Internet fee $150, and Deposit $500
● Second half: 2022/08/01 (Mon) from 17:00 p.m to 08/31 (Wed) until 12:00 p.m. 
Fee: Dormitory fee: $2000, Miscellaneous fee $150, and Deposit $500
3. Short-term: by day (for activities organized by clubs, camps, or departments, please apply in the form of projects). 

c. [Summer Bed Announcement].
Announcement time: 2022/05/30 (Mon) 12:00 p.m, please check it on the website.

d. [Pay the summer accommodation fee].
Payment time: from 2022/05/31 (Tue) 12:00 p.m until 06/06 (Mon) 12:00 a.m, please go to the Bank of Taiwan website to download the payment slip and pay the fee, if you do not pay within the time limit, it will be seen as canceling the summer accommodation application.

B.[Summer Accommodation epidemic prevention measures]
1.	The dormitory shall implement entrance and exit control and will be adjusted according to the current situation.
2.	Residents are not allowed to eat nor drink in all public areas inside the dormitory, you must wear your masks are all times.
3.	During the summer accommodation period, confirmed cases with mild symptoms and close contacts should return home for care and home isolation.
4.	In accordance with the school's epidemic prevention policy and the current situation, the relevant epidemic prevention measures will be announced on the school website.
C. [Summer Accommodation Notes]
1. Residents must cooperate with cleaning operations, and graduate students who apply for summer accommodation in the previous dormitories must cooperate with the cleaning operation, personal belongings are placed in accordance with regulations.
2. In order to maintain the safety of the accommodation environment, it is not open to guests during the summer vacation accommodation, and it is strictly forbidden to bring non-residents into the dormitory, and those who violate the regulations are handled according to the relevant rules of the student dormitory management. 
3. please be sure to read the relevant regulations of accommodation in detail before applying for dormitory beds.
