國立東華大學111年標售無主自行車程序
一、拍賣時間：
第一階段：111年05月20日(星期五)上午09時至11時
第二階段：同日下午13時30分至15時30分止
二、地點：東區宿舍外環道倉庫無主車輛臨時保管場(詳如附件)。
三、執行單位：總務處事務組；會辦單位：學務處、總務處出納組。
四、拍賣標的物：二手自行車計1530輛。
五、拍賣程序：
1.參加人員：本校教職員工生（請攜帶證明文件）。
2.違規車輛臨時保管場於拍賣日上午08:30開放，參加者可進場挑選後，自行牽出屬意車輛編號，逐輛競價。
3.拍賣時間分為兩階段，第一階段為09時至11時，每人標售限購3部；第二階段為13時30分至15時30分，每人標售數量不限。
4.拍賣車由挑選者自訂底價（最低100元），逐次加價，每次加價至少50元，由出價最高者獲得購買權。
5.具有購買權人憑拍賣執行單位所開立之三聯式單據，現場繳款後，持收據按編號當場領車，單據開立後，不得任意放棄購買權。
6.所有拍賣車輛限於當日15時40分前繳款完成領車程序，執行單位不負保管責任。
7.自行車如需在校內使用者，請於現場申請自行車識別證。
8.本校防疫管制期間，參加人員現場請戴口罩並保持社交距離。
9.本規則未定事宜由相關人員現場共同研議後訂之。

It’s a great opportunity to buy your own bike at a low price for transportation on campus by join the bicycle auction.
Date: 2022/05/20 (Friday) 09:00am ~ 11:00am and 13:30pm ~ 15:30pm
Location: East Warehouse of NDHU campus

Auction item: 1530 used bicycles
Notes to Bidders:
1.Bidders should bring the student/ Staff ID card or related certificate.
2.All bicycles in the warehouse are available to choose as auction items, and then must go thru the auction process.
3.Bidders could set a starting bid for the bike which has been chosen.
4.The lowest starting bid is from NTD$100, and goes up by $50 bid increments: $150, $200, etc.
Auction Process:
1.Join the auction by choosing bicycle first. Bidders could choose any bicycle as auction item from warehouse where will open from 8:30 am.
2.The first auction stage starts from 9:00 am, buyers could bid any bicycles or bring out the bicycle you preferred as auction items. Purchase limit is no more than 3 bikes at this stage.
3.The second stage starts from 13:00. At this stage, there's no limit number of bicycles bidder could purchase.
4.Bicycles will go to the buyer with the highest bid. The bid winner will have an invoice which records the number of the auction item.
5.Buyers should pay and apply new stickers for bicycles on the spot with the invoice. Once the invoice is issued, the bid is not allowed to be cancelled. After payment, buyers should bring along the transaction records and get the bicycle according to the number on the invoice. All bidden bicycles must be paid and picked-up by 15:40pm.
6.During the school's epidemic prevention control, please wear mask and keep a distance from others of at least 1 meter.
