    依中央流行疫情指揮中心發布之具感染風險民眾追蹤管理機制規定，本校教職員工生若收到居家隔離通知之簡訊者，請依下面相關規定之注意事項如下:
1. 請至本校首頁/COVID-19防疫專區Antiepidemic Zone/COVID-19 防疫通報調查/居家隔離、檢疫、自主健康管理、自我健康監測、確診住院中者自主回報統 (https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/COVID-19_QUAR/MyData.aspx) 填報。
2. 居家隔離檢疫期滿應再自主健康管理7天。(請依衛生局通知單解除隔離日期往後7天為準)
3. 依嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例第15條規定略以，經各級衛生主管機關依 傳染病防治法第48條第1項及第58條第1項第4款規定之隔離、檢疫措施者，應留在家中(或   指定地點)不得外出，違反者得處新臺幣10萬元以上100萬元以下罰鍰。
      According to CECC Measures for Following Up on Persons at Risk of Infection, students, faculty, and staff in NDHU who receives Home(Self) Quarantine text message need follow the following rules.
1. Please report your related information from https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/COVID-19_QUAR/MyData.aspx .
2. Do the 7-day self-health management after finishing your home quarantine. (Please calculate 7 days base on the notification from Health Bureau.)
3. According to the article 5 of Special Act for Prevention, Relief and Revitalization Measures for Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens, Individuals who violate the isolation measures prescribed by a competent health authority of any level in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 48 of the Communicable Disease Control Act shall be imposed with a fine of no less than NT$200,000 and no more than NT$1 million.
Individuals who violate the quarantine measures specified by a competent health authority of any level in accordance with Subparagraph 4, Paragraph 1, Article 58 of the Communicable Disease Control Act shall be imposed with a fine of no less than NT$100,000 and no more than NT$1 million.
