大家好
為減少本校交通事故的發生，藉由「積極」、「主動」、「常態」方式，安排交通安全
宣導。另為增加本校學生參加之誘因，凡參加交通安全宣導講習者，可選擇抵銷校內
車輛違規單，歡迎同學踴躍參加。
一、活動日期與授課主題：
  12月份:110年12月14日&授課主題:不可不知的:交通安全注意事項
二、活動時間:1210~1310 (含報到)
三、活動地點：行政大樓二樓214室會議室
四、實施方式。
  (一)每月第三週星期二為「交通安全教育日」，並於當日下午1210~1310時安排
     宣導課程。
  (二)上課人數以30位為限並採網路預約方式。(當月申請人數10人以下則延至下次合併實施)。網址: https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/XSL_ApplyRWD/ActApply.aspx
  (三)流程:
     1.請先至本校車輛管理系統提出申請；
     2.下載列印「車輛違規愛校服務申請單」；
     3.攜帶「車輛違規愛校服務申請單」，完成課程後當場蓋章認證；
     4.持申請單至總務處事務組(行政大樓107室)銷單
 (四)本組亦接受各院系申請交通安全入班宣導，抵銷校內車輛違規單同方式三， 
     惟上課時數須至少50分鐘(含)以上方可抵銷。

Dear faculty, staff, and students,
  In order to decrease the number of vehicle accidents, a series of traffic safety classes 
will be offered. Anyone attending one class could be granted with deductions from the 
current safety/vehicle violation fine. 
Class information
1.Date & Lecture topics:
 December: 12/14/2021  Topic: Important safety precautions on Traffic Safety 
2.Time: 12:10 ~ 13:10 (including check-in)
3.Location: Room 214, Administration Building.
4.Notes:
 1)The third Tuesday of every month is set as the Traffic Safety Day. One traffic safety class 
    will be offered at 12:10-13:10. 
 2)Each class accommodates 30 persons max by appointment on a first-come-first-serve 
    basis.

 3)For anyone who wishes to get deductions from the current safety/vehicle violation fine, 
   please complete the following:
(1) Visit the NDHU vehicle management system
(2)Download and fill out an application form for “Service Learning of Vehicle Violation”
(3)Bring it to the class
(4)Have the form verified and stamped after finishing the class
(5)Bring the completed form to Room 107, Administration Building to process the deduction
(6)We accept applications for traffic safety in-class advocacy from various faculties and departments to deduct the violation fines. However, the number of class hours must be at least 50 minutes (inclusive) to be eligible for deductions.
