I. Position Full-time Contract Teacher (1) II. Appointment period February 1 ,2022 (110-2, Spring Semester) III. Qualifications 1. Master’s degree in ESL, TESOL, English linguistics, English literature, or other related filed from a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. 2. Experienced in teaching undergraduate English General Education courses 3. English native speaker with Master’s degree IIII. Job description 1. Responsibilities for the full-time contract teacher position include teaching English Communications, English Reading and Writing, Online English Learning, as well as other courses in the General English Education courses and EAP/ESP courses. 2. To assist with the EMI curricular planning and development 3. Full-time contract teachers are required to teach 16 hours per week and are expected to organize additional English activities throughout the semester. Contracts are renewed annually based on performance. V. Salary 1. Starting salary is NTD$49,140 per month (before tax). 2. Benefits include labor insurance, health insurance, etc. 3.
