活動說明Do you feel stressed when you have many unread messages on your phone? Do constant notifications make you anxious? Do you find yourself worrying about the time you spend online? In this lecture, we are going to talk about how social media affect mental health and how they could help us improve it. We will review the current evidence based on research studies and literature reviews. This series of lectures is organised from the Counseling Center of Dong Hwa University, and we sincerely hope to shed light on issues regarding mental health. Welcome!!!
