標題： [Notice of In-school Epidemic Prevention] If students need to seek medical treatment due to adverse reactions caused by the vaccination, please report to the school.

Hello, student
In response to the national epidemic prevention, the students at our school are registering for or getting vaccinated at the current stage. We remind you that after vaccination, please cooperate with the Department of Health and Welfare's App (Disease Manager) to regularly update your health status. If you have an adverse reaction to the vaccine, please do report it quickly to facilitate the care of the health unit. In addition, you must also report it to the officials inside the campus. We do this to ensure the health and safety of our students, thank you again for your cooperation.
