親愛的家長暨同學們，大家好：
  為服務遠道新生及家長，本校特於9月23日至9月25日上午09:20至下午14:20時，於花蓮火車站（後站出口處）及志學火車站設立「新生住宿報到接駁專車服務處」，提供交通接駁專車服務，以利新生及家長交通往返，下列新生交通接駁專車申請事項請協助配合。

一、申請方式:限網路申請，採實聯制登記。
1. 申請時間：110年9月2日（星期三）10時起至110年9月17日(星期五)14時止。
2. 登錄網址: https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/bus_Flash/login.aspx。或學校網頁(新生→住
   宿生報到入住→新生入住交通接駁車申請)
3. 每位新生限登記四張，並下載列印車票(憑票上車)。
二、 乘車地點/時間：
 (一)來程：
(1)9月23日至9月25日:
1.花蓮火車站（後站出口）：09:20、10:20、11:20、12:20、13:20、14:20
2.志學火車站：09:50、10:50、11:50、12:50、13:50、14:50
(2)行駛路線: 花蓮火車站(後站)→志學火車站(視需要) →迎曦莊(男生)→沁月莊(女生)→行雲莊
  (二)返程: 
 (1)沁月莊前廣場至花蓮火車站(後站):
13:30、14:30、15:30、16:30，搭乘地點沁月莊前廣場，16:30時為最後班次。
三、其他:
  (一) 全校新生及家長均可免費申請搭乘「新生宿舍進住交通接駁專車」，並請提早抵達乘車地點等候，以免向隅，憑票上車，無票者僅能視專車尚餘空位安排候補。
  (二)上車前量測體溫、並全程配戴口罩，另為降低接觸風險，乘客容量採降載(每車30人為限)及個人行李請自行搬運等措施。

Hello everyone:
   The day for freshmen to move into the dormitory from 9/23 to 9/25.  In order to serve parents and freshmen, from 9:20 AM to 2:20 PM from 9/23 to 9/25, the school will set up a "shuttle bus service stand" at Hualien Railway Station (rear exit) and Zhixue Station to provide transportation shuttle services to facilitate transportation between the school and the station. Please cooperate with the following for transportation.

I. Application method: Only online application and adopt the joint registration system.
1. Application time: from 10:00 on 9/2 to 14:00 on 9/17 
2. URL: https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/bus_Flash/login.aspx. or on the university website
(Freshman check-in transportation shuttle application)
3. Each new student is limited to registering for 4 tickets, remember to download and print the ticket (you can only get on the bus with the ticket).
II. Boarding location/time: 
Inbound:
(1) 9/23 to 9/25:
1. Hualien Railway Station (rear exit): 09:20, 10:20, 11:20, 12:20, 13:20, 14:20
2. Zhixue Railway Station: 09:50, 10:50, 11:50, 12:50, 13:50, 14:50
(2) Driving route: Hualien Railway Station (rear exit) >Zhixue Railway Station (if necessary) > Dormitory 6 (boys) > Dormitory 7 (girls) > Dormitory 5
Outbound:
 (1) Front yard of Dormitory 6 to Hualien Railway Station (rear exit):
13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, boarding in front of Dormitory 6, 16:30 will be the last bus.
III. Other:
(1) All freshmen and their parents may apply for the "Freshmen's Dormitory Transportation Shuttle Bus" for free. Please arrive at the boarding location early to avoid any problems. You may get on the bus with your ticket. Those who don't have a ticket may only get on if there are any vacant seats available.
(2) Measure your body temperature before getting on the bus and wear a mask throughout the ride. In order to reduce the risk of exposure, the passenger capacity is reduced (30 passengers per car) and personal luggage should be carried by yourself.
(3) For relevant traffic information, please refer to the school website (new students/living in Donghua/traveling in Donghua)
