國立東華大學110學年度社團登記說明：
一、請各社團參閱課外活動組網頁公告配合辦理。
二、依據「國立東華大學學生申請成立社團及舉辦活動辦法」。
三、登記日期：110年9月22日(三)至10月6日(三)下午5點截止(逾期不收)。
四、登記對象：
(一)109學年度正式性社團。
(二)109學年度預備性社團已滿一年，預備110學年度升為正式性之社團。
(三)109學年度預備性社團
五、登記程序如下：
　（一）請在登記期限內繳交下列資料各一份
　　1.預備性社團升正式性社團

　　　(4)組織章程
 
　　2.原正式性社團

　（三）資料繳交方式(繳交電子檔、核蓋社章缺一不算登記完成)：
     1、電子檔寄至pink389124@gms.ndhu.edu.tw
         E-Mail主旨：XXX社110學年度社團登記資料
    
     2、等待回信確認 ->至課外組蓋社章
　　  電子檔本組審核無誤後，將以Mail回信，敬請寄件人留意信箱，以免影響社團權益。
      且於登記截止日前請社長至課外組蓋社章並簽名確認資料繳交無誤，方完成登記手續。

 六、逾期未完成登記者（含繳交資料補正不完整）：
   （一）原為正式性社團者，將於110學年度降為預備性社團。
   （二）連續二年未登記者，該社團視同自動解散。

Elaboration on registration of Student Clubs, National Dong Hwa University in the school year 2021 (110):
1.Please each club refer to web notice of Student Activities Division.
2.Pursuant to Stipulations on Student’s Application for Club Registration and Activity Permission.
3.Registration Date: from 2021/09/22 -2021/10/6 17:00, overdue application will not be accepted. 
4.Registration Target:
(1)Clubs that officially registered in school year 110 (2021).
(2)Preparatory clubs of school year 109 that have established more than 1 year, set to be promoted as formal clubs in school year 110 (2021).
(3)Preparatory clubs of school year 110(2021).
5. Registration procedure:
　（1）Please submit one copy of following data by the registration deadline:

　（3）Data submission:(both electronic files and authorization stamp are essential for completing registration:
     1)Electronic files please e-mail to :pink389124@gms.ndhu.edu.tw
       E-Mail subject：XXX club’s registration data, school year 110 (2021)
     2)After having received confirmation, please carry them to Student Activities Division for official stamp. After electronic files have been perused and checked by this Division, the result will be replied by return e-mail, please applicant keep notice on your e-mail box lest club’s right should be affected. Mind you, registration procedure will not be completed until club leader in person goes to Student Activities Division for official stamp, sign and check all required data have duly been submitted before deadline.
6. Those who have not yet completed registration after deadline: (including those whose data are incomplete):
   （1）Originally official registered club will be degraded to preparatory club in school year 110 (2021).
   （2）Club has not registered for two consecutive years will be dismissed without further notice.
