親愛的師長與同學大家好： 中央氣象局已於今(4)日20時30分發布輕度颱風【盧碧】海上警報，根據氣象局最新觀測資料顯示，【盧碧】颱風4日20時的中心位置在北緯 21.7 度，東經 116.3 度，即在鵝鑾鼻的西方約 480 公里之海面上前進方向，以每小時13轉9公里速度，向北北東轉北進行；中心氣壓992百帕，近中心最大風速每秒 18 公尺（約每小時 65 公里），相當於 8 級風瞬間之最大陣風，瞬間最大陣風每秒25公尺（約每小時 90 公里），相當於10級風暴風半徑，七級風暴風半徑 60 公里。 提醒本校全體師生，隨時注意颱風動態並提早做好防颱準備，並避免山區及溪邊、海邊等戶外活動；預定辦理(參加)戶外活動者，請密切注意颱風動態，必要時改變行程或提早結束。 颱風最新動態請隨時留意中央氣象局網頁公告，網址http://www.cwb.gov.tw/V7/prevent/typhoon/ty.htm ～ 學務處關心您 ～ Dear all The Central Weather Bureau has issued Typhoon Watch Advisory #9 for Typhoon 【LUPIT】as it currently situated over waters and is quickly approaching. We kindly remind our staff and students to make your storm preparations early. Also please refrain from engaging in any outdoor activities, especially in mountainous areas or any area near bodies of water. Organizers and participants of any outdoor activity/event should also very pay close attention to the path of the storm and make arrangements in advance, so that if needs be, changes in routes or ending times of the activity/event can be timely communicated.
