標題: 【Student Dormitory】In response to Level 3 epidemic alert, updates on the summer accommodation application

Dear Students,
In response to the extension of the level 3 epidemic alert, and also encourage students to avoid unnecessary movement during the severe epidemic period, the adjustment made on the summer accommodation application are as follows:
	The summer accommodation period is from 5:00 PM on July 6, 2021, to 12:00 noon on August 31, 2021.
	Resident students who apply for summer accommodation will continue to live in their dorm rooms until level 3 epidemic alert have been lifted.
	Only 2 plans are available for summer accommodation: 
"7/6-7/31(half term)" and "7/6-8/31 (full term)".
  1. Summer accommodation application instructions:
    (1)【Applicants for summer accommodation】
★Dormitory residents for the current semester(109-2),and don’t plan to leave the dormitory and move across counties and cities from today until July 6.
★Due to the high contagiousness of local communities, all parts of the country are still under level 3 epidemic alert. In order to protect the health of the students and the dormitory environment, avoid unnecessary movement and increasing the risk of infection for others. Those who moved back to their hometowns or travel across counties/cities before 7/6 are not allowed to apply for summer accommodation. Once you have applied for summer accommodation, please do not travel across counties or cities. If it was found that you violated the epidemic prevention measure or traveled across counties or cities, you will be ordered to leave the dormitory.
    (2)【Application】
1.Time:2021/06/14(Mon)12:00 PM until 2021/06/18(Fri)12:00 PM
2.Website:https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx
3.Procedure:Apply Online—>Pay the fees.
4.Application :Using your university email and password to log in the application system and confirm that you have paid all dormitory fees.
  (3)【Summer Accommodation period and fees.】
 1.Full-Term(July-August):
2021/7/6(Tue) 17:00 until 2021/8/31(Tue) 12:00 PM,
Accommodation fee will be NT$ 3500。
 2. Half-Term(July):
2021/7/6(Tue) 17:00 until 2021/7/31(Sat) 12:00 PM,
Accommodation fee will be NT$ 1500。
 3.Payment period:2021/06/23(Wed)12:00 PM until 06/28(Mon)24:00,Please proceed to the Bank of Taiwan to download the payment slip,If the payment was not completed during this period, it will be viewed as canceling your application.
(4)【Summer Accommodation Room Assignment】
1.	Before the epidemic alert level has reduced, you will be staying at your dorm room for the current semester(109-2)
★2.	After the epidemic alert level has reduced to Level 2, please cooperate with the summer room relocation and adjustment operations. If it was found that you have not moved in accordance with the regulations, you will immediately lose your summer accommodation qualification and bed slot.
3.	At the end of the summer accommodation term, if the epidemic situation has not yet eased, please cooperate with future announcement made by the university.
2.Summer accommodation pandemic prevention reminders
★1. During the summer accommodation period, please remain in the dormitory every day, and avoid moving across districts (counties and cities). If it was found out that you moved, you will be ordered to leave the dormitory. 
  2. During the epidemic prevention period, the entrances and exits of the dormitory will be limited, please only go through the designated entrances, and exits. Students are requested to cooperate. Other entrances and exits are prohibited for use.
★3. The entrances and exits that were closed can be opened with force and used for escape in case of emergency. Please do not deliberately destroy the gate.
 ★4. Residents should monitor their own body temperature every day. Anyone who has abnormal body temperature (forehead temperature of 37.5°C or ear temperature of 38°C) or fever or related respiratory symptoms should report and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
 ★5.Residents are requested to disinfect and clean their room daily, in order to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the room.
★6. during the summer accommodation period, visitors or non-dormitory residents are not allowed inside the dormitory, indoor gatherings are also not allowed. Violators will be dealt with accordingly.
7. Please read all rules and regulations concerning dormitory accommodation before applying for Summer Dorms.

  In order to maintain the safety of the dormitory, this summer accommodation application is mainly for boarding students who have not moved across districts (counties and cities). If the graduating or boarding student for the next school year needs summer accommodation, please provide proof that you did not move cross-districts and affidavit.
If you applied and pass the review, you will be notified of the room and bed arrangements individually.
