標題: 【Student Dormitory】Reminders for luggage storage, moving out and relocating to another dormitory

Dear students:
  In response to the pandemic, the school has announced the implementation of online class until the end of the semester. To assist students to return to their home early to implement online courses and summer accommodation needs, the dormitories has increase work schedules and adjust work methods to provide services for the students. Regarding early departure, luggage storage, closing of dormitories and relocation, the instructions are as follows:
1. 6/1 - 6/21 leaving the dormitory and luggage storing ahead of time:
  1) Residents may choose a day in advance to complete their checking-out process and provide personal luggage storage services.
  2) The student dormitory provides a luggage storage area, and the luggage storage location will be the student’s dormitory area for the next semester.
  3) Place of storage: 
	★Western Dormitories:
            Mirror Hall of DuoRong Hall (West community house) 
        ★Eastern Dormitories:
            2nd Floor of Jixian Hall (East community house)
  4) Drop-off time: 
             12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM daily, we will assign a worker who will be assisting you.
    5) Students may borrow a trolley from the dormitory to carry the luggage by themselves according to their personal needs.
       6) To avoid the mass gathering and effectively control the flow of people, we will be implementing an appointment system. The appointment URL: https://reurl.cc/kZ5k9d
2. 6/22 - 6/29 leaving the dormitory, luggage storing and relocating:
      1) Although the final assessment of this semester has been changed to be on the 17th week (6/14-6/20), the dormitory still provides complete accommodation services until the 18th week (6/21-6/29 noon).
      2) From 6/22 to 6/28, we will be handling check-out and luggage storage services.
    3) 6/22 and 6/28, we will be providing trucks for luggage storage and handling services.
    4) The student dormitory provides a luggage storage area, and the luggage storage location will be the student’s dormitory area for the next semester.
    5) On 6/29, we will be handling the relocation.
3.  From 6/29 5:00 PM to 8/31 12:00 Noon, will be the duration for the summer accommodation, you may apply for the summer accommodation from 6/2 to 6/6 (Please refer to the other announcement) 。
4.  We have increased the service period. Students are free to choose the departure date according to personal planning. It is recommended that students who want to leave the dormitory complete the baggage packing first and carry out one-time handling and storage procedures; Students who have completed the departure and luggage storage procedures are deemed to have completed the dormitory check-out procedure, in order to reduce physical contact from students coming back, there we will not be accepting students who will return to the dormitory, except for special cases, an application is required.
