標題: 【Student Dormitory】2021 Summer Dormitory Application

Dear Students,

		Due to the pandemic, the university will end the current semester early, however the dormitory will still be open until the end of the spring semester dormitory living period, or 2021/06/29 at 12:00PM. At the same time, the summer dormitory will be open from 2021/06/29 at 5 PM to 2021/8/31 at 12: 00PM.If you need to stay at the summer dormitory, you may apply for half-term or full-term stay according to your needs.

(1)【Summer Dormitory Application】:
 https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx
1) Application Period: 2021/06/02(Wed) 12:00 PM to 2021/06/06(Sun) 12:00 PM.
2) Log on to the website with your course-selection account. 
***ALL PREVIOUS STUDENT DORM RELATED FEES MUST BE PAID OFF BEFORE APPLYING FOR SUMMER DORMS. ***
      3) Room arrangements will be made by the Living Services Division.
  4) Dormitories open for summer dorm:
● Graduate school students: JieYun (Dormitory 1) and XingYun (Dormitory  5)(For the first half term of the summer dorm, the room given to them will be the same room they lived in the school year 109. For the second half term, they 	shall be moved to the room they applied for the next school year.) student who do not have dorm rooms will be relocated to XingYun (Dormitory 5).
●	Degree Students: XingYun (Dormitory 5)
a.	Double Suite (Double occupancy), you may choose your own roommate. If you did not choose someone, the Student Living Services will assign it for you.
   b.  Double Suite (Single occupancy, the accommodation fee will be 1.5 times the normal.), if you wish to, you may register first, but we will prioritize to meet the needs of the summer accommodation. If there are vacant rooms for single occupancy, the rooms will be given by the order of registration.
    5) Procedure: Apply online –> Pay fees –> Show the receipt as the proof of payment to the Dorm Manager when moving in.
(2)【Dormitory Accommodation Period】
1) Full-term accommodation:2021/06/29(Tue) 17:00 to 2021/08/31(Tue) 12:00 PM.
2) Half-term accommodation: 
  ● 1st period: 2021/06/29(Tue) 17:00 to 2021/07/31(Sat) 12:00 PM.
※Note: If you don’t complete the required move-out procedure before the deadline, you will be considered as continuing with the 2nd period accommodation and will have to pay the fee in full.	
● 2nd period: 2021/08/01(Sun) 12:00 PM to 2021/08/31(Tue) 12:00 PM.
 (3)【Announcement of Accommodation Information】
1) You may check your room information online starting from 2021/06/08(Tue) 12:00 PM. 
(4)【Dormitory Fees】
Payment Period : 2021/06/08(Thu) 12:00 PM to 2021/06/11(Fri) 24:00. 
Please visit Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx, to print out the bill of dormitory fees and pay. If the payment was not completed during this period, it will be viewed as canceling your application.
(5)【Summer Dormitory Pandemic prevention measures】
1) During the pandemic, the entrances and exits of the dormitory will be limited and students are requested to cooperate.
2) The entrances and exits that were closed can be opened with force and 			used for escape in case of emergency. Please do not deliberately destroy the gate.
3)When entering the dormitory, residents are asked to cooperate with the 			measurement of the temperature, they will be given a sticker if their 			temperature is below 37.5.  if their temperature is above 37.5, or showing 			signs of a respiratory tract infection, they will not be allowed to enter the 			dormitory and seek medical attention immediately.
4) Please cooperate with the pandemic prevention measures implemented by the university. The information can be found on the university website.

(6)【Dormitory Reminders.】
1) All dormitory residents must cooperate with clean-up operations. For those graduate students who apply for summer accommodation in their original rooms, personal items should be placed in accordance with storage regulations. Whoever fails to cooperate shall be assigned to other available rooms.
 2) In order to keep the dormitory safe, during the summer accommodation period, visitors or non-dormitory residents are not allowed inside the dormitory. Violators will be dealt with accordingly.
 3) Please read all rules and regulations concerning dormitory accommodation before applying for Summer Dorms.
