親愛的TA們

因受新冠狀肺炎影響，TA若有申請109-2優良教學助理獎勵金，原到班施測問卷皆改為線上問卷施測填答，敬請授課教師協助收集問卷，以利TA順利進行，其執行方式依照"國立東華大學教學卓越中心獎勵優良教學助理申請"比照辦理。謝謝。

敬請同學做好防疫措施，戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距離，挺過疫情。

109-2 Application for TA excellent award.
Dear TAs,

Due to the severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic, if
TAs apply for TA excellent award this semester, Center for Teaching
Excellence will provide online questionnaire to survey class student and
teacher evaluation on TA. Please check the detail rules by "The application
instruction for the rewarding of excellent TA issued by the Center of
Teaching Excellence at National Dong Hwa University (NDHU)."*
